First, two important points to keeping a document bag organized:
1) Review items inside it once a day.
2) Only use it to store and carry items you need on the go. Nothing else.
It sounds simple because it is.
While you're out there running from meeting to meeting, best to look like a boss. No more basic manila or elementary school pocket folders. You gotta own it.
