Occasionally my organizing adventures take me outside New York City’s borders, which was the case when I worked with a busy mom from the lovely Westchester town, Bronxville.
With a four-year-old, twin girls, and a baby on the way, my client decided it was time to get their home office in order. In particular, the closets in the space lacked purpose and weren’t being used efficiently. The result was that items that could be tucked away neatly ended up cluttering the office. Plus, with a growing family, it was critical to set up a system to organize and manage the girls’ keepsakes.
We went with customized Metro shelves that can be repurposed since the family will likely move in the coming years. Shelves, plus uniform bins, took this closet from wasted space to functional for the family.
